By India Today Education Desk: Delhi's Education Minister, Atishi, praised mentor teachers for their pivotal role in bringing about an "education revolution" in Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) schools. After a five-day exposure visit to prominent institutes across India, these mentor teachers returned empowered and ready to transform the education landscape in MCD schools.
Atishi emphasised that the mentor teachers' newfound enthusiasm and self-confidence would foster a fantastic learning environment in their classrooms, introducing innovative teaching methods to their colleagues.
The Delhi government's State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) sent a group of 25 mentor teachers from MCD schools to various renowned institutes, including the Discovery Lab of Science, Math, Art, and Technology in Palampur, Yellow Train School, Isha Foundation in Coimbatore, Sahyadri School, and Jan Prabodhini Navnagar Vidyalaya in Pune, as part of a five-day exposure training programme.
