The exam conducting body, Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will begin the BSEB Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test or STET 2023 registrations today, August 9. As per the notification issued by the board, applicants will be able to register for the exam on the official website, i.e., bsebstet.com from 4:30 pm today till August 23, 2023.

As per the information, the exam will help in determining the eligibility of teachers at secondary (paper 1) and higher secondary (paper 2) levels. Candidates can take any one or both papers. The official information regarding the same has been updated on the official website.
EXAM DETAILS
The Bihar STET 2023 examination is scheduled to be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) format, lasting for the duration of 150 minutes. The total marks allotted for this examination are 150. Among these, 100 marks will be derived from the chosen subject of specialization, while the remaining 50 marks will assess the candidate's teaching aptitude and other related skills.

General, EWS, and OBC, candidates who want to appear on one paper have to pay Rs 960 and such candidates who want to take both papers have to pay Rs 1,440.

For SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the fee is Rs 760 for one and Rs 1,140 for both papers.
