Neena Gupta is one such actress who never fails to impress fans with her fashion choices, even at 64. The veteran actress who is known for pulling off any look with the utmost grace and elegance, recently stepped out into the city in a black dress.

On August 8, Neena Gupta was clicked wearing a black dress with matching knee-length black boots. Although the actress is breaking the stereotypes of dress as per the age, giving a tough time to the newer generation with each passing day, it seems the fans are not quite happy with her choices.

Soon after her pictures and videos from last evening went viral on social media, fans were quick to share their thoughts on the same. While some questioned her fashion choices, others remarked how she looked uncomfortable in those clothes.

One of the users commented, “She looks uncomfortable. Y to wear such dresses? These kinda peoples always look gorgeous in sarees,” while another wrote, “Nowadays ppl trying so hard to look young...wish they knew old age too has its own charm & beauty. I don't blame ppl, rather our judgmental mindset of age shaming forces ppl to try to look young.” A third user chimed in and wrote, “koi inko kheer khilao ...soorvansham wali.”

There were some who were impressed with the fact that she nailed the look with style. One of the fans remarked and said, “Hot to lag rhi hai,” Another shared, “I'm glad that she didn't care about people's opinion about her age and the outfit... and she just wore what she wanted! And she's looking pretty.”

This is not the first time that her fashion choices have been in the public eye. Not long ago, the actress was on a vacation in France with her husband Vivek Mehra. While they were in the south of France, Neena Gupta wore a black dress with red straps and gold embellishments.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Neena Gupta was last seen in the Netflix anthology Lust Stories 2. The project also stars Mrunal Thakur, Angad Baedi, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vijay Varma, Kajol, Kumud Mishra among others in significant parts. Prior to that, Neena was seen in Rani Mukerji's Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway. She is also reportedly starring in the Malayalam Disney Plus Hotstar series 1000 Babies, which is yet to be announced.
