Sougata Ray, Trinamool Congress MP from Dum Dum, during the no-confidence motion debate in Lok Sabha, said, "I am not here to speak about the (banned) BBC documentary or Gujarat riots." "BJP has stopped all money to West Bengal after having lost elections there. The amount held back is Rs 7,300 crore," Ray said. "This government is a government of heartless. They send delegations to Bengal, but not one delegation has gone to Manipur." He also said that whoever loved India would organically "hate Modi".
