Suspense over Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s speech in Lok Sabha on No-Confidence Motion continued on Wednesday. Leader of Congress in the Lok Sabha, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said that Gandhi will speak today and will begin from Congress’s side at 12 noon. However, Congress chief whip K Suresh said, “So far, we haven't received any information from Rahul Gandhi's office on whether he will speak in Parliament today or tomorrow.
